How to Export Data

Archive your wall posts, tagged photos, albums, and birthdays from the past decade.

Step-by-Step

Click your profile picture in the top right, then "Settings & privacy" > "Settings".

Scroll down to "Your information" or search for "Download your information".

Click "Continue" to open the Accounts Center download request flow.

We recommend selecting "JSON" format and "High" media quality for the best results with our tool.

Facebook will email you a download link. Save the ZIP file to your iPhone's Files app.
